These Terms & Conditions govern the operation of the online store, the rights and obligations of the customer and the seller, and the terms of purchase. By placing an order, the customer confirms that they are familiar with these Terms & Conditions.
All prices are listed in euros (€) and include VAT.
Prices are valid at the time of placing an order.
We reserve the right to change prices and product descriptions without prior notice.
Customers can pay for their orders using the following methods:
Delivery options:
Delivery time for items in stock: 2–4 business days after payment confirmation (or order confirmation when paying by proforma invoice).
We deliver to Slovenia, Croatia, Austria, Germany, and Italy. Delivery costs are displayed during checkout.
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without stating a reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify us clearly by email: info@ez-solutions.eu.
The goods must be returned undamaged, in unchanged quantity, and in their original packaging, unless the packaging was damaged independently of the customer. Return costs are borne by the customer.
The purchase price will be refunded within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice. The seller reserves the right to withhold the refund until the returned goods are received.

The seller is obliged to deliver products in conformity with the contract.
The customer may file a complaint if:
Warranty (where prescribed or provided) is valid in accordance with Slovenian law and the manufacturer’s terms. Complaints should be sent to info@ez-solutions.eu with a description of the defect and supporting evidence (e.g., photos).
EZ SOLUTIONS d.o.o. processes personal data in accordance with GDPR and applicable laws. Data is used exclusively for processing orders, communication with customers, and fulfilling legal obligations.
Customers may at any time request access, correction, or deletion of their personal data by contacting info@ez-solutions.eu.

We strive to ensure that the information on our website is accurate and up to date. However, product characteristics, delivery times, or prices may change. We reserve the right to make changes and to cancel orders in case of obvious errors (e.g., clearly incorrect pricing).
Complaints can be sent to info@ez-solutions.eu. We aim to resolve all disputes amicably.
In case of legal proceedings, the competent court at the seat of the seller shall have jurisdiction. Consumers also have the option of out-of-court dispute resolution before the competent consumer protection authorities.
These Terms & Conditions are valid from the date of publication on the website until revoked. In case of changes, the Terms & Conditions published at the time of placing the order shall apply.
